Established in 1932 by Elias C. Alvord, an administrative judge for the Federal Trade Commission, and Ellsworth C. Alvord, Special Assistant to Secretary of the Treasury Andrew W. We represent creditors, debtors, lessors and lessees in railroad equipment security transactions, including filings made to the Surface Transportation Board in Washington, DC.  Alvord and Alvord continues to represent clients in estate planning and administration, general taxation, corporate start-ups, pension and profit-sharing plans and asset prodution, and also boasts experience with Delaware special-purpose entities.
